- Pelic Floor Muscles :
A group of muscles in the pelvic support the vagina, uterus, bladder and outlet stool and help them stay in place.
- Bladder:
Muscular organ that stores urine down from the kidneys.
- Ureters:
2 small muscular tubes, each one come down from a kidney to the urinary bladder.
- Urethra :
Short and thin tube, through which urine passes from the bladder to the outside of the body.
  - Micturation :
The process of exit of urine from the bladder to the outside of the body.
- Urinary Incontinence:
Inability to control urine, thus generating aconuresis.
- Stress Urinary Incontinence:
Urine in involuntary bladder out when subjected to stress or pressure, such as coughing, laughing, sneezing, some types of sports and lifting heavy objects.
  - Urge Incontinence:
Urine are involuntary exit, which is preceded by a strong feeling and a sudden need to go to the bathroom, but the urine starts to get out before you get to the bathroom.
- A Frequency:
The need to urinate more than normal (more than every two hours, or more than seven times a day).
- Nocturia:
Waking up several times at night to go to the bathroom and urinate.
- Urgency:
Feeling a sudden and severe need to urinate off.
- Uterine Prolapse:
Fall or descent of the uterus into the vagina naturally.
- Cystocele:
Landing bladder and visibility in the form of a block in the front wall of the vagina.
- Landing background:
Decline in the latter part of the intestine (pre-anus) and prominence in the form of a block in the back wall of the vagina.
